Compromise Ceremony

The Compromise Ceremony is a team building ritual. Its aim is to bring people closer to one another. The instructions given out are the following ones: participants are invited to bring in a used piece-of-clothing. The Master of Ceremony cuts out a piece of the garment (piece of sleeve). The participants don’t move till they get someone 's else piece of garnement pinned back. The outcome is a displaced coat/jacket collection that celebrates the beauty of mixity and vulnerability.
