Anonymous Identities

Many people use social media to show an interesting and positive image of themselves. Users of other anonymous social websites however, show something completely different: an extremely negative view of humanity and themselves. Both sides are unrealistic, and both show just one side of the story. When are we most open and honest? When we're personally responsible for our words, or when we’re anonymous? Can we get closer to a realistic image if these two extremes balance each other out
