Did you know the Lumbung Practice master’s is not only open for members of artistic collectives? We also welcome practices that are socially engaged and other forms of collaborations with communities.

Participants in this master’s are members of artistic, curatorial, activist, socially oriented, and interdisciplinary collectives or other collaborative platforms. Members of such groups can apply either as individuals or alongside other members of the group. We also welcome individual practitioners that have worked in collectivity in the past and wish to pursue collaboration further as a core part of their practice. The questions of their collective or community form study material during the master.

You do not need to be an art professional to apply to the programme. Similarly, a bachelor’s degree is not necessarily required. You can apply with a portfolio!
