Biography

Thierno Deme graduated from the University of Amsterdam, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Literary and Cultural Analysis in 2021. Currently, he is exploring and understanding his own positionality as a way to get started with his artistic practice. This has led him to attempt to dive into his diasporic condition so that he can understand and problematize it.
